I brought my 2010 Tiguan to DV VW after a horrible experience with another dealership in Toronto. The service provided was great and I feel that the Service staff really went above and beyond to make sure that I was treated fairly and accommodated while my car was being serviced.

Salesperson was friendly and not desperate. Took time to answer all product questions and any concerns I had. When walking into the dealership all staff greeted me.
What a wonderful experience purchasing my pre-owned VW from them. First oil change was free.
I liked the fact of the follow up after my purchase to see if everything was ok.  They were easily accessible since they are located off the don valley parkway

Not sure everyone feels about going to a Dealership to get their car fixed, but I've been a VW owner for almost a decade (which - don't say it, leaves me feeling pretty old!)  Nevertheless, I had an awesome experience today, and have to give Loretta and the rest of the service team a shout out.  They are really amazing - they provide great recommendations and timelines for when the work should be done (not gouging, particularly for a dealership).  They are truly great, and make me feel less bad about spending my hard-earned cash, on my well-loved car, keeping it well maintained and trouble-free.
